SEE YOU IN 2021!!

On behalf of the Glencoe Ag. Society Executive & the Tractor Pull committee, we would like to inform you on the decision that the upcoming Glencoe Truck and Tractor Pull has been cancelled for 2020.

As COVID-19 continues to challenge our community and livelihoods, this outcome was decided in the best interest of our community, the businesses and our supporters, during these challenging and unprecedented times.

Even though the annual tractor pull historically has been a successful fundraiser for the Ag Society, knowing the risks involved due to the uncertainty of sponsorship support and the longevity of the current pandemic outbreak, this was the best decision to make at this time.

We have communicated this message with the tractor pull sponsors, encouraging them to continue their supports towards the 144th Glencoe Fair, as we are still planning ahead for the fair to take place on September 25-27. Our annual tradition will mean even more this year, as our community comes together and grows stronger through these troubling times.

Thank you so much for your patience, support and understanding and we wish you all stay well and healthy during these times.

This is to advise our community that after careful consideration the Glencoe Agricultural Society executive has made the decision to close our facilities to the public in response to the ever evolving COVID-19 situation. This is effective immediately and will remain in place until Further Notice.
Any individual who has rented our facilities within this time frame will be contacted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our main focus is the safety and well being of our volunteers and in turn our community. We will continue to closely monitor the situation as it progresses.
As a reminder:
- Stay home if you’re unwell, especially if you have respiratory symptoms.
- Practice good hand hygiene, washing often with soap and water and use hand sanitizer when washing facilities are not available.
Stay home and stay well!
