Annual General Meeting
January 24, 2023
The Annual General Meeting of the Glencoe Agricultural Societies is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at the Glencoe Agricultural Hall, beginning at 8:00pm.
Please find attached: the agenda, minutes from the 2022 annual meeting and proposed changes to the current Glencoe Ag Society Constitution.
Elections will be taking place of new directors. The board will be seeking 4 new directors, each for a 3 year term and 2 directors to fill vacancies, each for a one year term.
Directors shall not be eligible for re-election at the end of their three (3) year term, until they have NOT been a Director for at least one term of one (1) year.
Refreshments will be served after the meeting, all welcome. Please plan to join us.
