GLENCOE FAIR 2022: September 23 – 24, 2022

Admission:

$10 for adults (16+ years of age)
Under 16 is FREE

ADVANCE admission passes will be available at the Fair office, Fair week (hours below), and before noon on Friday.
Advance ticket price is 2 days for $15. (must be used on Friday and Saturday, not on the same day)

EVERYONE PAYS, this includes vendors, exhibitors, executive, volunteers, sponsors, board members.

Fair office:

The Glencoe Fairboard office is located in the Agricultural (Ag) Hall, at the east end,
Fair office hours:

Sunday September 18: 10am – 12pm
Monday September 19:  6pm – 8pm
Tuesday September 20:  6pm – 8pm
Wednesday September 21: 6pm – 8pm
Thursday September 22: 4pm – 8pm
Friday September 23: 9am – 10pm
Saturday September 24: 7am – 4pm

First Aid:

The Southwest Middlesex Fire Department will on site for first aid assistance.
A defibrillator is located in the Ag Hall, located in the kitchen, beside the microwave.

Hours:

Friday Sept. 23: 5pm-11pm
Saturday Sept. 23: 9am-7pm (buildings close at 4pm)

Location:

The Glencoe Fairgrounds is located at 268 Currie Street. (Southwest Middlesex)
Main entrance is at North Street & Currie Street.  Additional entrance on Mill Street, west of hockey arena.

Lost & Found:

Any items lost or found can be handed into the Glencoe Fair office, located in the Ag Hall.

Midway:

Cope Amusements will be at the Fair !!!
Friday: 5pm – 11pm
Saturday: 10:30am – 7pm

Wristbands will be available AT THE FAIR ONLY.  $25 ride all day.

Parking:

The is plenty of free parking on the grounds.  Enter through the Mill Street entrance, past the hockey arena.

Designated Accessible Parking is located on the north east side of the Ag Hall. Due to limited availability, only those patrons with an official accessible pass recognized by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation will be able to park in Access Parking.

Pets:

No pets are allowed on the grounds, during the Fair.  Licensed service animals are welcome.

Smoking:

The Glencoe Fairgrounds is a Smoke Free environment, for the safety of our visitors and enjoyment of our grounds.  Please respect our request that you do not smoke or vape on our grounds during the Fair.
