LOOKING TO BE A VENDOR?

A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY TO PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS, SERVICE OR COMMUNITY GROUP AT THE GLENCOE FAIR!

Promotional frontage space will be available both inside and outdoors. Inside frontage spaces are located within the expanded vendor tent. Prices are extremely affordable and this is a great way to get your business out there, sell products, inform about services or simply promote your community group or organization to the thousands of patrons who attend the annual Glencoe Fair!

Promotional frontage space will be available for commercial displays within a 40’ x 80’ enclosed tent located on the fairgrounds.

There is also promotional space available outside near the midway and commercial tent for vendors with their own tents or outdoors displays. Displays are to be open to the public on Friday evening from 5pm until 10pm, and Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4pm.  The tent and fairgrounds will be available for set up on Thursday, September 18TH from 5 pm until 8 pm and Friday, September 19TH from 1 pm until 4:00 pm. A professional security firm has been secured to watch the tents and all displays outside of fair hours for Thursday, September 18th and Friday, September 19th.

For the sake of your fellow exhibitors, we would like to stipulate that all exhibitors must be set up by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 19TH and remain in this state until 4 pm on Saturday, September 20TH, unless other arrangements have been cleared in advance with the frontage coordinator.

The cost for INSIDE promotional space will be as follows:

  • Minimum amount of frontage will be five feet @ $35.00 + HST ($38.50) with one weekend entry pass.
  • Eight feet of frontage @ $50.00 + HST ($56.50) with one weekend entry pass.
  • Ten feet of frontage @ $75.00 + HST ($84.75) with two weekend entry passes.
  • After the initial ten feet of frontage, additional space is available in five foot allotments.
  • All booth spaces will be ten feet in depth.

The cost for OUTSIDE promotional space will be as follows:

  • Outside vendor space is $50 + HST ($56.50), and you are recommended to provide your own 10’x10’ tent display area, located and assigned by the Frontage Coordinator.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance.  (more information below)
  • Hydro outlets are not guaranteed.
  • Please bring your own tables and chairs if possible as ours will be in use and very limited.
  • A nonrefundable deposit of $2.00 per foot is required to reserve your space. You may pay in full in advance if you wish. Any admission tickets will be issued when full payment is received. Full payment will be due no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 19th, 2025.

We would ask that your display remain well attended for the entire duration. If you will be away from the grounds for any reason, please leave a phone number for a contact person in case an emergency arises. Also, please remember this is a public event so ensure that your displays are safe, tidy and remain within the realms of good taste. Our goal as always is to have a fun filled and successful fair; we can’t wait to have you be a part of it!
